With the introduction video we like to get a first impression of you.

Here are some contentual and technical hints for you:

• Introduce yourself with your name
• Tell us about your occupation (study, work)
• Talk about a topic that recently moved you. Pick something, that is easy for you to talk about. It is your choice whether this is a political, social, scientific or private topic.
• Please stick to the maximum length of 90 seconds.

We recommend to record your video with a smartphone. Maybe even friends or familiy can assist you with it.

1. Open the application page
2. Fill in all other necessary fields
3. Pick your video from your gallery in the last field
4. Make sure the size of your video is 100 MB max.
